Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

All domestic US orders will ship within 2-5 business day(s) after payment. Most orders will arrive within 5-7 business days (due to Covid-19 may be longer). Weekends and holidays are not business days, and are therefore excluded from processing and shipping times. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. Orders will ship at flat rate of $10.

Lost Packages

If you cannot locate your package, we first recommend you reach out to the postal office with the tracking number for the item. Majority of the times the package is delivered at a wrong location and could easily be resolved. If the issue is still not resolved with the post office, please reach out to hello@watermelonapparel.com.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted on items that are unwashed, unworn, unused with all original tags attachedPlease email hello@watermelonapparel.com within 7 days of receiving the item, and let us know the reason and which item you'd like to return. Once we receive the email we will proceed with the return process.

You may return merchandise by mail within 14 days after original purchase date. 

We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange. Please keep in mind that it takes 7-9 business days for your refund to be posted to your credit card. The return value is determined by the last retail price of the item.

Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus the cost of return shipping to us. 

If package is undeliverable because of missing, incorrect, or incomplete apartment numbers, suite numbers, or other destination information, cost of resending package will be invoiced to customer.

Once a package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we do not have control over the package and cannot guarantee the condition of the shipment. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute to the best of our abilities, but we will not be held liable or responsible for carrier delays or errors.

RETURN & PROCESSING TIME

You will be notified via the email address associated with your order within 24-48 business hours of receiving your return. Return will be processed within 5-7 business days.
