Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Watermelon Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. At that point, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
In cases of errors, delays, or losses caused by the shipping carrier, we’re happy to assist in contacting the carrier and filing claims to the best of our ability, but we are not liable or financially responsible for carrier-related issues once a package has been transferred to the shipping service.
