What We Accept
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery for items that are unwashed, unworn, unused and still have all original tags. 
Final Sale Items
All Sales are Final. Items purchased during a promotional discount (e.g., "30% off sale") are marked Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. These deeply discounted items are a special offer, so please double-check sizing and details before you buy. 
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange for a different size, style or color (for a non-Final Sale item), please use the return portal below within 14 days. You'll be responsible for shipping costs on the exchange.
Shipping & Carrier Responsibility 
Shipping costs will only be refunded if we shipped the wrong item or the item you received is defective. In cases of errors, delays, or losses caused by the shipping carrier, we’ll gladly help communicate with the carrier and assist with claim filings to the best of our abilities, but Watermelon Apparel is not liable or financially responsible for carrier mistakes or delivery delays once a package has been transferred to the shipping service.

  • Once we hand off a shipment to the carrier, we cannot guarantee shipment condition or delays due to the carrier.
